At Nuranest.ai, Ram focuses on go-to-market strategy, revenue acceleration, and AI-native solutions for IT services and software firms. He has developed enterprise-grade software for ERP-to-bank connectivity, payments automation, and ML/NLP-based document extraction — successfully licensing solutions to global financial and pharmaceutical firms.
Ram’s expertise lies in helping companies scale, create enterprise value, and prepare for successful exits, blending the rigor of Big 4–style advisory with the agility of a hands-on operator.

Shirish is a results-driven executive with proven track record of scaling businesses, leading and executing M&A, and driving end-to-end business ownership across tech-enabled and services-driven enterprises. He thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — from defining long-term business architecture to getting deep into pipeline mechanics, alliance structuring, and post-merger integration. Whether launching new ventures, expanding into global markets, or leading complex transformations, he brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and entrepreneurial agility. Shirish (through his team) was responsible for generating over $1B cumulative revenue in the past 10 years, and is known for his pragmatic, outcome-focused approach that helps clients achieve sustained growth and profitability.
